PrimeStay Account Deletion
In Android, open Settings → Account settings → Delete account. PrimeStay first shows server installations, active sessions, the waiting period and any active Solo subscription.
Secure Confirmation
The request requires the exact account email and fresh owner proof. PrimeStay sends a one-time confirmation link. Opening it revokes all online sessions and starts the configured waiting period.
Cancellation
Sign in again and open Delete account before the waiting period ends to cancel a pending deletion. If account access is unavailable, contact support from the account email.
Server Data
After the waiting period, the cron process anonymizes identity data and removes sessions, installations and temporary account artifacts. Minimal anonymized purchase, licensing and audit history may be retained for refund, revoke, security, legal and abuse-prevention duties.
Local Hotel Data
Account deletion does not erase rooms, bookings, guests, expenses, photos, attachments, exports or backup files stored locally on a phone or PC. Delete those local files separately only when you intend to do so.
Google Play Subscription
Deleting the PrimeStay account does not cancel Solo billing. Cancel Solo separately in Google Play before deleting the account.
