PrimeStay Terms of Use
These terms describe PrimeStay Android and the optional independent Windows application. This release text requires legal approval before public publication.
Service
PrimeStay Android is a standalone local hotel-management product. It provides the approved local functions and the integrations included in the active PrimeStay tariff. Windows is not required to use Android.
Account and License
Trial is a 14-day local installation right without an account. Registration grants permanent Starter. PrimeStay may verify the account, device and purchases online. A network, DNS, TLS, timeout or server 5xx failure does not by itself cancel a valid cached permanent Starter or Unlimited right.
Paid Products
Unlimited Starter is a permanent one-time Google Play product for USD 39 and removes only the five-room limit. Solo is USD 12 monthly or USD 90 annually. Cancelling renewal does not end a paid Solo period early. Confirmed expiry, refund or revoke recalculates access under PrimeStay Tariff Specification v1.0 without deleting hotel data.
Devices and Transfer
Android and Windows slots are counted separately. Blocking, transferring or archiving a device may restrict editing and integrations but does not erase local hotel data.
Customer Data
Hotel operational data is stored locally on user devices and is not uploaded to the PrimeStay licensing backend. Local synchronization is direct between supported devices. Users are responsible for backups and compliance with privacy laws applicable to their business.
Acceptable Use
Users must not bypass licensing, alter signed entitlements, abuse trials, attack the service or use PrimeStay for unlawful purposes.
