Refund and Cancellation
Paid PrimeStay Android products are purchased and managed through Google Play. Unlimited Starter is a one-time product; Solo is a subscription.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancelling Solo renewal does not end the paid period early. Refund eligibility depends on Google Play rules, applicable law and the circumstances. Users request Google Play purchase refunds through Google Play; PrimeStay support can investigate access issues.
Access After Refund or Revoke
Confirmed Solo expiry, refund or revoke removes temporary Solo rights and returns the account to Starter while preserving a purchased Unlimited add-on. Confirmed Unlimited refund or revoke restores the five-room limit. Extra rooms become read-only and remain exportable; hotel data is not deleted.
Billing Safety
Never send card numbers or private payment credentials to PrimeStay support. Account deletion does not cancel Solo billing; cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.
