Support covers Android sign-in, purchases, restore, device limits, local synchronization and account access. Windows is optional and is not required for Android operation.

What to Include

• PrimeStay account email.
• Affected surface: Android, Windows or website.
• Current plan name when visible.
• A short description and a screenshot when useful. Do not include passwords, tokens, card numbers or private credentials.
